Abstract

In this paper, we give some characterizations of images ofseparable metric spaces under certain $π$ -maps, and give anaffirmative answer to the problem posed by Shou Lin in [Point-Countable Covers and Sequence-CoveringMappings, Chinese Science Press, Beijing, 2002].
